  Ensure your item is in its original condition with all 2nd STREET security tags still attached and the original receipt included.

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the item in its original box and affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service of your choice.

  Receive Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
